I’m an A TTT Accredited Member – How do I train my staff?
There are two approaches to effectively train your staff. Check with your account owner for your organisation’s training policy.

- ACRI Theory & Internal Practical Training
Internal Practical Training
While an obvious component to child travel safety training, it’s one that’s often overlooked as “simple”. When a TTT team leader is running a practical session it’s useful to utilise the organisation’s own safety equipment including fleet vehicles. Don’t forget to customise the session specifically for the group type that you are training (ie, field technicians, sales staff, carers, etc) as they all encounter different challenges.
Internal Theory Training
This is a cheaper solution suitable for large organisations capable of conducting their own Learning Management Systems. Theory training is an incredibly important part of training that must be documented and conducted in accordance with both ACRI’s and your organisation’s training policies. ACRI Theory Training
As outlined in the role description of a TTT Trainer, this option is not a free service as ACRI does not receive any tax payer funding.
ANNOUNCEMENT: ACRI are implementing a new training dashboard in 2021 that will assist TTT trainers in managing all their staff regardless of site numbers.

Costing: As an ACRI Network member your organisation receives the discounted price of $165/team member for the theory training and management. Bulk pricing is attained for 10 or more members lodged at the same time.
Program A’s can also be supplied for technicians, managers, internal trainers or supervisors at the discounted price of $210/team member for the theory training and management
ACRI Practical Training
If your organisation loses the A TTT team member, then training can still be completed by utilising another A TTT Member in your area from another organisation. We can help you find a local organisation that’s willing to hire out their team leader for your training and you both can negotiate the terms including training policies.
ACRI Can also provide a complete Face to Face training if required.
